And I've finally picked where I'm going!
I applied to Le Cordon Bleu down in the Twin Cities yesterday and I couldn't be more excited. I'll be going into their pastry and baking program.
There's a big sense of relief, before now I really had no clue as to what I wanted to do and since I hadn't made a decision, there was a metaphorical dark cloud hovering over me. But that's all good now.
I'll start on the 16th of August, so I won't even be 18 when I start the program. It's a 15 month program with an externship at a restaurant after that. Due to my AP classes and all of the college courses I've taken I won't have to do some of my gen eds, w
